We partnered with GHD to help attract and engage a new audience for their iconic beauty products in-store. The goal was to move beyond purely functional displays and create an environment that connects emotionally with customers while elevating the brand experience.
We designed a completely new in-store presentation that shifted the focus from functional to emotional. This included crafting a flexible range of furniture and display solutions, allowing both retailers and salons to select the best fit for their space – while maintaining a consistent, premium on brand customer experience across all locations.
The new in-store concepts led to improved retailer engagement and a noticeably stronger brand presence. Wherever the schemes have been implemented, retailers have seen higher sales and a more immersive, cohesive customer experience that resonates with GHD’s evolving audience.
