Lakeside is one of the UK’s top performing centres, ranking 6th with 33% YOY growth. Our Retail Design Consultants have worked with the team since 2024 helping to sustain this success by setting and maintaining design standards across the centre.

Initially producing a clear and inspiring design guide for the centre, building on its many attributes, we set the design vision and principles that each and every tenant then works towards when creating design solutions that best reflect their brand. We then work closely with every incoming tenant, inspringing, guiding and encouraging them to use their best and latest design concepts, ensuring Lakeside maintains its flagship status.

Tenant Design, Technical and Kiosk Guides

Pradera were appointed as Asset Managers for several new centres (Lakeside, Harlequin Watford, Victoria Nottingham) in 2024, with Eldon Square already on their books. We have worked with them since their appointment to develop the Retail Design Vision for the centres, followed by a comprehensive suite of Retail Design Guidelines, Technical Guidelines and Kiosk Guides for each centre. Each guide reflects centre specific attributes, celebrating their unique qualities and personalities.

We continued to develop our relationship with the group, working with their Irish teams and Falcon AM on the Blanchardstown Centre.

The Design Guidelines are intended to inspire and support tenants in delivering the strongest possible expression of their brand through store design, while also providing reassurance to the Centre Teams that clear principles and key requirements are consistently met.

We also provide the Retail Design Consultancy service for each of the centres, reviewing tenant design submissions on a case‑by‑case basis and aligning them with the established vision and guidelines to ensure the required standards are achieved.
