Metropolitan Police
London
Featured Projects
We have worked across an array of projects for the Metropolitan Police over a 15-year period helping define the user experience through enhanced branding, marketing communications and place and space design.
Brand Application
We have created branded user experiences in over 30 buildings across London including workspaces, hospitality areas, indoor and outdoor wellbeing spaces.
The work has included brand strategy, branding and asset creation, interior design for flagship buildings, furniture, fixtures and equipment specification and ongoing account management and delivery support.
We have also developed vehicle livery, exhibition design and branded marketing communications.
Kidbrooke Community Hub
Kidbrooke Community Policing Hub is the first iteration of new local Hubs. We developed new branding, interior design, wall graphics and signage to establish a modern identity for the location.
Feature imagery and maps of the local area, along with a softening of the Met police branded iconography, go a long way to creating a new visionary look and feel. It was important to make the space as accessible as possible whilst balancing the security needs of the site.
A warm and inviting material palette, enhanced visibility into the spaces and the inclusion of external digital touchscreens collectively contribute to a more engaging community focused public experience.
This site is the first of its kind in London and as such breaks the mould for the future of local police offices.
The work we have done has genuinely enhanced the everyday working experience of thousands of public sector employees across London and helped to build brand awareness for the organisation, better communicating some of the organisation’s key brand values.
National Policing
We worked with National Policing entities to pioneer the creation of innovative well-being spaces – the first of their kind in UK policing. Designed to support staff working under intense pressure, these spaces promote relaxation, mental health, and productivity.
The unique graphic language, carefully considered wall graphics, and cohesive colour scheme played a crucial role in elevating the overall user experience. Each element was designed to evoke calm, clarity, and positivity, guiding staff intuitively through the space while reinforcing a sense of reassurance and support. Interior finishes and textures, ranging from soft, tactile materials to natural, grounding surfaces were selected to create a multi-sensory environment that feels both restorative and uplifting.
Together, these visual and material details transformed the well-being spaces into immersive, comforting environments that truly enhance and support staff in their demanding daily work.
We delivered full interior layouts for breakout and wellness spaces, FF&E specifications, enhancing the overall experience and fostering a healthier workplace culture.
Impact
The transformation had a profound impact on employees and strengthened the reputation as a forward-thinking, people-centred employer. The refreshed brand presence signalled a genuine commitment to staff welfare, helping to build trust, loyalty, and pride across the workforce. Employees reported feeling more valued and supported, which in turn improved morale, engagement, and interactions within their job roles.
Revitalising workspaces has engendered a sense of pride in the people that use them – in many cases achieving a user satisfaction rating of over 80%.
