To bring this cult Canadian coffee shop brand to the UK & Ireland and to stir up the competition in the quick-service restaurant sector. We were tasked with producing a UK relevant concept and developing a new store design that could be implemented across flagship, in-store and drive-thru formats.
We created a warm, inviting and contemporary environment which reflects the Tim Hortons values, allowing customers to enjoy unique Tim Hortons products across the UK.
The concept has successfully been implemented in 21 stores across the UK. Including flagship sites in Birmingham, Belfast, Manchester and 4 drive-thru locations. The roll-out throughout the UK continues.
