Tim Hortons
Cult Canadian coffee brand Tim Hortons set its sights on the UK and Ireland, aiming to shake up the quick-service restaurant sector and introduce its much-loved offering to a new audience. The challenge was to create a relevant concept and flexible store design that could work seamlessly across flagship high street stores, in-store cafés, and drive-thru locations.
Retail Design
We created a warm, inviting and contemporary environment which reflects the Tim Hortons values, allowing customers to enjoy unique Tim Hortons products across the UK.
The concept was built to scale across multiple formats, with thoughtful detailing and a brand-led experience, whether customers were grabbing a coffee to go or sitting in for a bite to eat.
Impact
The concept has now been successfully rolled out in 21 stores across the UK, including flagship locations in Birmingham, Belfast, and Manchester, along with 4 drive-thru sites.
The cohesive and engaging design has played a key role in the brand’s growing footprint, helping Tim Hortons to stand out in a crowded market. The nationwide rollout continues as the brand gains traction and builds a loyal customer base in the UK.
