Ben & Jerry's Store Roll Out
We have worked closely with the Ben & Jerry’s team to define and shape their retail strategy for the UK market. The objective was to translate the brand’s unique personality, values and joyful customer experience into a scalable physical retail environment that could support future expansion across the franchise.
We developed a new store concept supported by comprehensive retail design guidelines, enabling the client team to engage with UK franchisees, assist in identifying suitable locations, and inform early-stage cost planning and design discussions.
Retail Design
We developed concept designs and visuals through to detailed and site specific construction drawings, planning and building control support, and contractor liaison.
Our approach ensured a consistent brand experience while also creating bespoke designs that maximised the potential of each site.
The detailed retail design guidelines maintained brand consistency throughout each store, whilst allowing flexibility for each site.
Impact
The result was a strong and scalable store design concept that succesfully brought the fun, magic, and delight of Ben & Jerry’s to life for the first time on UK high streets.
