Our relationship with Landsec goes back 13 years and counting. We now work across 7 centres delivering Retail Design Consultancy and mall enhancement projects.

We have detailed, retained knowledge of strategic commercial priorites for each of centre that we represent.

Retail Design Consultancy

Bluewater was the very first of our Landsec centres. It is one of the UKs top performing centures, ranking 5th overall in performance and we attribute some of that success to the work our Retail Design Consultants do to set and maintain design standards across the centre.

Working closely with every tenant to inspire and guide them in creating design solutions that reflect their brand, maximising brand presence, while adhering to the clear standards set out by Landsec.

By encouraging tenants to use their best and latest store concepts, we are able to maintain the flagship status of the centre.

Southside is a relatively new acquisition for Landsec and as such, required integration into Landsec’s wider portfolio and strategic vision.

We supported the Landsec team on this journey by developing the Retail Design Vision for the centre, followed by a comprehensive set of Retail Design Guidelines.

Tenant Design Guidelines

The Design Guidelines are intended to inspire and support tenants in delivering the strongest possible expression of their brand through store design, while also providing reassurance to the Centre Team that clear principles and key requirements are consistently met.

We also provide the Retail Design Consultancy service for the centre, reviewing tenant design submissions on a case‑by‑case basis and aligning them with the established vision and guidelines to ensure the required standards are achieved.
