We typically work in 3 stages.
Stage 1 delivers potential design routes for presentation and debate where one route is selected with associated feedback.
In stage 2 the chosen design route will be developed further, taking in to consideration all feedback and other affecting factors.
In stage 3 the developed route will be refined to completion for final sign off.

Our design team are extremely skilled in creating computer generated visuals.
The creation of CGI visuals is an internal part of our standard design process, however, we also take commissions to develop CGI visuals for landlords and property developers as part of the letting and planning process, helping them express their planning proposals and leasing opportunities to secure the best possible results.

We produce technical design information, providing all necessary design intent drawings, profile details, specifications and supporting information required to tender the design and hand over to a main contractor for their final interpretation.
Where required we will coordinate with specialist engineers and contractors to ensure the design vision is fully maintained when integrating ME&P and any other technical requirements outside of our design scope.

Throughout the tender process, we offer guidance and support to clients, aiding in the selection of appropriate contractors and suppliers. Subsequent to the selection phase, we deliver the finalized technical design package to the designated contractor team. Ensuring a faithful realization of the concept, we facilitate understanding and implementation by the team, remaining actively involved during the construction phase to ensure design integrity and liaise with contractors
