We have worked closely with the Ben & Jerry’s team to define and shape their retail strategy for the UK market. Our role was to bring the brand’s unique personality and joyful customer experience into physical retail spaces.
We created a new store concept supported by detailed retail design guidelines, enabling the client team to engage with UK franchisees, identify suitable locations, and inform cost planning and initial design discussions.
