Castle West
A dated shopping centre in Ballincollig, near Cork, was in need of revitalisation to better compete with other retail destinations in the area. The centre no longer aligned with current behavioural consumer needs. The goal was to reposition the centre with a strong local identity and a refreshed environment to attract both shoppers and tenants.

Why it was game changing
The transformation has successfully repositioned Castle West as a vibrant, relevant alternative to other shopping centres in Cork. The new identity, combined with the environmental enhancements, has increased the centre’s visibility, improved customer flow, and created a stronger platform for attracting and retaining retailers.
